Terms & Conditions
All harvested game must be accompanied by proper paperwork including, but not limited to, hunting license(s), tag(s), WIN number etc.
For any found wildlife a Found Dead Wildlife Permit must accompany the specimen.
Altitude Taxidermy & Wildlife Artistry is not responsible for damaged antlers, capes etc. due to customer’s improper handling of the specimen.
Altitude Taxidermy & Wildlife Artistry will comply with all requests from Law Enforcement and is not responsible for any specimen which is seized. Refunds will not be provided.
All specimens are left at Altitude Taxidermy & Wildlife Artistry at customer’s sole risk.
It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain insurance of their specimen while in the care and control of Altitude Taxidermy & Wildlife Artistry, if they so choose. Please check with your home insurance if this is covered.
All work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of drop-off.
All deposits are based on estimates which may require adjustment prior to final invoicing to account for changes such as approximated vs. actual measurements, additional sewing fees, habitat, etc.
Final payment is required prior to mounting. This invoice will typically be sent after the specimen has been tanned and form has been received.
Estimated completion times are 6-12 months for shoulder mounts, 12-18 months for rugs, and 12-24 months for life-size mounts. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
All completed work must be picked up within 30 days of notification or will be subject to a $50/month storage fee.
All work which has not been paid for and collected 6 months following completion notification will become the property of Altitude Taxidermy & Wildlife Artistry.

All work completed by Altitude Taxidermy & Wildlife Artistry may be featured on our website and social media channels unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
